Mark has worked in the financial markets since 1994.  Prior to KIS Capital he spent 10 years working as an equity derivatives trader and structured product specialist for BNP Paribas.

Working in Hong Kong between 2002-2009, Mark has experience in structuring, trading and operating equity derivative businesses across a variety of Asian markets and products He also has extensive experience in structuring and executing structured products with over $1bn in fund derivative products. Mark is the Responsible Manager and Executive Director who has responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the compliance, corporate governance and risk management programs of KIS.  He is also a member of the KIS Capital Investment Committee and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Queensland and has been licensed to trade and operate equity & derivative businesses in Australia, Hong Kong & Singapore.
